This is my all time favorite simple cheesecake recipe I've done a few times.

Optional Home Made Whipped Cream to Decorate

Cut into 8 slices or however many you'd like!

Some VARIATIONS I’ve tried:
I’ve done this cheesecake recipe a total of 3 times. I’ve also been able to modify it with stevia either by cutting the sugar in half or completely substituting for stevia. It still turned out delicious! I did prefer the half and half ratio and felt good about how I cut the sugar in half!

As for the crust, I’ve also just done plain crushed graham crackers with no butter or maple sugar and it turned out tasty just very crumbly since the butter helps stick!
I’ve also used the store bought crust when I was making a couple pies for a party and that was yummy too!

There’s tons of possibilities with this cheesecake recipe. Let me know what you do if you do it!

Thomas and I personally think it taste better than store bought cheesecake and even the plain Cheesecake at our favorite place the Cheesecake Factory 😆

Let me know what you think!
